DESCRIPTION:Dr Mark Burstow\, Principal Vehicle Track Dynamic Engineer\, Technical Authority\, Network Rail\nMilton Keynes Section in-person meeting\nSynopsis: Rolling contact fatigue (RCF) is often perceived as a problem for the infrastructure manager and managed through inspection\, grinding and milling. However\, it is also a problem for the train operator and maintainer\, shortening wheelset life.
