Story Contracting is a privately-owned, award-winning infrastructure company who provide rail, plant and construction solutions for a wide range of public, private and third sector clients. The company’s track record for delivering projects on time and to budget, safely and reliably, has meant repeat business from clients, which is reflected in Story’s motto of ‘Do It Right!’.

Story’s multi-disciplinary rail team offer a full design and build capability, and provide innovative solutions to property, civils, track, geotechnical and drainage projects throughout the UK. The team accommodate everything from project management and engineering, to in-house track and waterproofing capabilities.
Story also operates a diverse fleet of over 125 Road Rail Vehicles, including high capacity tracked and wheeled machines, RRV cranes, MEWPs, unimogs and dozers, all of which are backed by an award-winning team of professionals. The team also hold Gold on the Network Rail Route to Gold scheme.
