Section Meetings

Your local RailEI Section

Over 150 meetings
a year

Your local RailEI Section offers a fantastic way to get involved with the RailEI community and connect with fellow professionals across the railway industry. Join other RailEI Members in your region by attending your local Section meetings, where you can listen to expert talks and discuss all aspects of railway engineering. These gatherings are great opportunities to stay informed, exchange knowledge, and grow your professional network.

All Section meetings are organised by RailEI Members who volunteer their time and expertise, and each one is designed to meet the needs of local Members. Meetings can take place in person, online, or as hybrid sessions. Many hybrid and online meetings are recorded and available to watch back on the RailEI Knowledge Hub at your convenience.

Explore Your Local Section

You don’t have to live locally to attend, Members are welcome to dip into other regional meetings whenever they wish. Non-members are also invited to attend as a taster, giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits of a RailEI event first-hand. RailEI Sections are inclusive and welcoming, offering Members a platform for professional growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
