Synopsis: The presentation will offer the opportunity to learn from John Hope, who been in the Track Maintenance Engineer post for longer than anyone else on Network Rail. John will explain how his experience, starting as British Rail’s lowest track grade, has helped him to consistently deliver a high performing asset. You will also understand how John’s patch presents a unique set of demands and how much effort was needed to overcome them.
