Sunderland Station redevelopment project

Synopsis: Jonathan will talk about the project to deconstruct the outdated train station building at Sunderland and replace with a modern building.
A project funded by Sunderland City Council via the Transforming Cities funding which is seen as a gateway project to rejuvenate Sunderland City Centre. The presentation
will include an overview of the construction, the value for money challenges, weather challenges, multiple stakeholder management and the importance of a strong social value
provided with the delivery.
