West of England Section hybrid meeting
Greg Morse will give a talk on the Ladbroke Grove accident of 1999. Though a SPAD, the incident had a deeper causal chain, involving signal sighting, change management and training. Greg will describe the links and draw lines to more recent incidents to demonstrate how lessons from the past remain relevant to the present.
