Synopsis: Paul will be presenting on his extensive experiences gained through many years of undertaking Independent Safety Assessment on a range of railway system projects in the Middle East. These projects have delivered both new and upgraded infrastructure for various metro, high speed and freight railways. Paul’s presentation will cover a mixture of both design and operational aspects, primarily considering the system perspective but also focusing on track and associated civil engineering elements where appropriate.
