West of England Section hybrid meeting
Garry will present the work that AtkinsRéalis has been doing to develop new standards for NIR/Translink, both for electrification and for track, signalling, telecoms, structures and rolling stock. He will explain NIR’s unique position in the UK with respect to the TSIs, and how this impacts on adopting and adapting GB standards for use in Northern Ireland. The process and challenges of developing, consulting and agreeing on new standards is also covered.
