Synopsis: This is a presentation and discussion (with examples) of the benefits of proactive track maintenance. After this the meeting is open to discuss the proposition and ‘if proactive maintenance is so good, why aren’t we doing it?’
We will also explore the challenges of establishing a proactive track maintenance regime.
