Synopsis: Brian is a Fellow of both the PWI and the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is the PWI Development Officer (North) and is a member of the Membership, Academic and Development Panels. He is keen to help all Rail Infrastructure Engineers achieve their potential and enjoy the camaraderie of the PWI seminar events and is a visiting lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University.
