DLR Part 2 – Bank Station and Canary Wharf

London Section hybrid meeting
Paul will give a follow up lecture regarding the construction of the original DLR in East London in the 1980s and early 90s. This lecture will review the background to the DLR City Extension plus the development of Canary Wharf. He will also touch on the extension to Beckton opened in 1994, and address from his personal experience the infrastructure, track and rolling stock developments of this exciting period on the DLR.
Meeting in person from 17:00 for a 17:30 start for all.
