Paul Harwood is the GBRTT Director for Partners and Places, responsible for the teams leading on commercial partnerships, simpler and better industry processes, digital and data services, and the partnerships between rail and our nations and regions.
The presentation will chart the rail reform journey so far and the next steps towards GBR. Paul will discuss the initiatives developed by GBRTT that have pushed the industry towards a better, fairer, and more joined-up future. Paul will share his insight on the frameworks for driving revenue growth and making the industry more financially sustainable, the fares, ticketing and retail reform programme, and the drive to meet and exceed the rail industry’s EEDI responsibilities. We will also look ahead and hear the latest on the GBR HQ, and the vision for bringing the sector closer together through Rail Campus Derby.
