Synopsis: Matt Weingarth has worked in railway technology development for over 16 years, most recently joining German railway technology company Konux in May 2022. Prior to Konux, Matt was at Network Rail for 8.5 years, with half that time in the role of Principal Innovations Engineer at Network Rail’s Signalling Innovations Group. Before Network Rail, Matt spent almost 7 years with Omnicom.
Konux have led ground breaking UK trials of their predictive maintenance system for switches on Eastern Region. Matt will explain the journey so far and detail how we gain maximum potential benefit from this developing technology.
