Synopsis: Since it’s opening in 1987 the DLR has continued to expand to meet the growing needs of the vast commercial and housing developments located in the East and South East of London.
To support future growth potential in the area, train frequency is to be increased on the existing network. This presentation will detail the necessary expansion of Beckton Depot to stable and maintain the new B23 Stock and specifically the development of the track design.
