Thames Valley Section meeting
Synopsis: Mircea and Rasib will talk about the redevelopment of Gatwick Airport’s station which will improve accessibility, enhance the passenger experience.
Platforms 5 and 6 will be widened to reduce crowding and improve pedestrian flow.
They will go through the track design and construction stages required to complete the track works.
They will talk about different sustainability aspects and materials used in the track formation which extended service life of the track structure and helped to reduce whole Life Cycle Costs.
This meeting can be joined either virtually or in-person.
Meeting in-person from 17:00 for a 17:45 start for all.
