Hypertraxs GR8 Switch Blade Coating

Synopsis: Alphatek have innovative rail coating system applied primarily to switch blades to significantly increase wear resistance and to enhance the performance of rail S&C assets. This has the benefits of Lower whole-life costs as the coated S&C require less maintenance and last longer which in turn has a safety as this keeps personnel off track for longer.
The coated S&C increases efficiency as a direct reduction of downtime and the S&C lasts longer between repairs including time to first weld requirement.
