Synopsis: David Morgan is Network Rail’s Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Manager for East Coast North. A career railwayman, David has over 20 years of experience in Track and Maintenance leadership roles, progressing from Track Maintenance Engineer to Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer to his current role. This presentation will explain the major steps forward in track worker safety over the past few years, with specific reference to how they have been implemented on Network Rail’s East Coast Route.
