Synopsis: With Great Western Electrification having been complete for several years this presentation highlights some of the recent challenges and opportunities faced by both maintenance and electrification asset management teams.
The presentation will also explain many of the techniques used to inspect and maintain the OLE, lessons learnt from incidents and root cause, along with an overview of lineside pantograph monitoring technology recently installed on the Wales & Western region.
