The Railway Museum Masterplan: Planning and delivering a new museum

17/10/2024 @ 17:00 - 19:00

Robyn Dodsworth, Transformation Director and Benedicta Keegan, Logistics Manager, National Railway Museum

Yorkshire Section hybrid meeting

York’s National Railway Museum is a much loved caretaker for railway history, but it has never really had the chance to tell the story of the railways. The Museum’s Masterplan is the chance for it to move its focus from being solely on the past to one that spans and connects the past, present and future of railways.

Robyn Dodsworth joins us to tell us what it is all about, and Benedicta Keegan explains what playing Tetris with dozens of century-old vehicles looks like.

Meeting from 17:00 for a 17:30 start for all. Light refreshments provided.

You can also join the meeting virtually through Microsoft Teams.
